Hello students😇😇😇We are continuing our tour in historical places as usual.  Today, we went to the Blacksmith History Forge Museum, which is an ancient and wonderful example of architecture in Bukhara, with our fellow students and our teacher Matluba Akhmedovna.  We got a lot of information about that place, our teacher told us about it.  Now I want to share my knowledge and impressions with you through a video, watch it and leave your comments in the comments section.🥰🥰🥰

In 1992, the blacksmiths' museum-workshop, the only one of its type in Uzbekistan, was set up in the 16th - century Kulyuta karavansarai.
The museum-workshop is a living museum. Not only could one learn there the history of the ancient blacksmith's craft, but also participate in making blacksmith products.
Usto Shokir Kamolov, who comes of a family of blacksmiths, is the senior researcher of the museum
Archeologists have recorded many items in Bukhoro which confirm the ancient origins of this craft in this timeless old city.
Abu Raihon Biruni wrote in the 10th century, that Bukharan master smiths worked with four kinds of metals. The development of the smithing craft affected growth of agriculture and many other industries in the region.By the end of the 19th century, according to master smith Sharif Kamalov calculation, there were over 150 smiths in Bukhoro producing a variety of goods.

The material from which the trade dome was built was ceramic tiles . This unusual structure is a kind of hexagon at the base . Such an urban design solution was very favourable in terms of compactness , as it was built at a crossroads where five streets converged in one place . Its central part is an amazingly beautiful spherical dome with small openings cut through it . The dome is supported by six pylons , it has 12 - sided lighting , tourists are especially interested in viewing the dome from inside . The diameter of the main dome of it is 14.5 metres .
Thank you for your attention🤗🤗🤗
